So I sit and write a little again. Today I feel much better thank god. Has been resting a lot and managed to sleep a few hours in the day, it was nice. Have been on the net and listening to music, watching TV, etc etc. Was out with my two papillon dogs to visit the goats that go down here. The dogs thought it was funny, and we stayed a while and I fed them with gras. Should a tour again later this evening, I will bring bread to them. They are so cute and cuddly all of them. Then it will be movie time, we had to borrow a film of his neighbor, as we shall see. Our neighbor has a really good dog that we will check tonight. She is an amstaff and named Sapphira, but she has some strange disease that make her fainting at times. Poor, but she is so good, but might be killed. Then I sat and looked on Facebook on a page about dogs, and saw the world's most beautiful papillon dog to be relocated, male of 4 years .. heck ... I have 4 dogs, I know ... but ...awwww .. No , stop now, I can not take me more now .. I think .. but I just love papillon .. no, now I can stop dreaming. Will soon get dressed and go out for a walk before it gets dark so that the goats get their candy. I´ve be back later. Hugs to all! Please, you may well leave some comments here if you still go in and read? Is so nice to know what you think of about my stuff. Untill next time .. take care of you!

About my Fibromyalgia
I promised you to tell me about my disease, fibromyalgia, so for those of you who do not know anything about this', here's some info. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia for 1 year ago, and after many years of struggle to figure out why I had so many different symptoms, and the worst of them is my constant fatigue and pains throughout the body that moves constantly around. One day a sore arm for no reason, the next day, in a knee, the next back etc etc. Fibromyalgia is unfortunately a disease that most doctors know very little about, because it can take a very long time before getting a diagnosis. You can go to various doctors and wait a long time for it to be your turn. If you received a referral to a specialist rheumatologist as you can go as disappointed from there because you have not received any help just a few tranquilizers to keep their spirits up. They seem to think most of it is imagination and depressed you become when no one cares. Now I'm in a great doctor who I meet often. It is very important to get to a doctor who understands fibromyalgia to get the right help and a confirmation that you are not becoming crazy. For it does look quite healthy but have a horrible pain that is different from day to day and also at different places and how much you sleep, you're always tired. It is then very easy to get depressed, but remember it's not the recession that is causing the pain but the pain that is causing the depression.
I have just listened to a lecture on fibromyalgia by Professor Robert Olin from Ystad (formerly Tranås) that several times during the preferred pointing out that fibromyalgia is not a mental illness but probably an error in the brain that sends the wrong messages to the body of pain. Still, there is no cure for fibromyalgia (the research being done on it) but with the right doctor, who believes in you, you can get help to relieve the pains of both drugs, physical therapy and more. Here is some more info about Fibro: Fibromyalgia is most common in women (hence the poor interest in researching this disease), although men are affected and where unreported cases is large. It's not manly to seek medical attention for so vague symptoms. Fibromyalgia can affect an overnight or gradually from having had bad example in one arm slowly spread throughout the body.
Fibromyalgia can occur after, among others
infections
-local pain example. tennis elbow,
-psychological distress, ex. death, divorce
-overload,
How do you get diagnosed with fibromyalgia?
There is no blood test that can show that you have fibromyalgia. Without the doctor makes the diagnosis by a fairly light touch in defined areas of the body. There are 18 items that were the press and on at least 11 of these pains is it diagnosed fibromyalgia. (see picture below). In addition, we have had pain at least 3 months.
I have marked on the images of the body about everythe 18 "tender points" pain points are

My own comments:
Many of those who have fibromyalgia, have any of these symptoms in addition to all the aches. I have such stomach problems sometimes hard sometimes diarrhea. Often also nausea and pain in my stomach, I also have frequent headaches, morning stiffness, sleep problems (some nights I sleep not at all and some I can sleep 12-14 hours and still be tired, fumbling, I am often, it could go much crockery. When I want to read or write, I often get blurred vision, eyes sting and tear and it is difficult to see clearly.
treatment
There is currently no really good treatment for fibromyalgia
First but not least important is to see a good doctor who has knowledge about the disease. The pain is often tramodol medications. In addition, you medicines to help patients get better sleep. B12 and folic acid is also testing a treatment (blood test for B12 shows typical) at some surgeries with good results in many patients. Unfortunately, we respond not just on drugs so often to try different types to an appropriate medication. One can also get a referral to a physiotherapist and water sports in warm water pool. At last, it is very important that you yourself are learning about their disease, what is worse or better off. For like a diary, which is difficult to remember what you did for a few days ago. Many are of variable and must keep in mind not to take out the movement too much during exercise.
